Hypotension with Bradycardia

ADULTS

Mild

Elevate Legs

IV fluid rapid infusion 1000 mL

If Severe, add:

Atropine –  0.6 – 1.0 mg slowly.
Can be repeated up to 0.04 mg/kg (2-3 mg in most adults)
